Spousal Support:

The following are some of the factors that the court will consider:

A. The extent to which the earning capacity of each party is sufficient to meet the marital standard of living.

B. The supporting party's ability to pay.

C. The marketable skills of the supporting party.

D. The extent that the supporting party's earning capacity is decreased by time devoted to domestic duties

E. The needs of each party including the minor children

F. The duration of the marriage

G. The tax consequences to the parties

H. The ability of the supported party to be employed.

I. The goal that the supported party will be self supporting within a reasonable period of time.
